CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
no aceptamos devoluciones ni rembolsos por talla, color o cambio de opinión.
únicamente se aceptaran cambios si el producto llega con defecto de fabrica o daño evidente.
para solicitar un cambio debes enviar un correo a renace444clothing@gmail.com dentro de los tres días hábiles posteriores a recibir el pedido, incluyendo fotos del producto dañado.
CANCELACIONES
una vez confirmado el pedido, no se aceptan cancelaciones.
en caso de error en la plataforma o falta de stock, se hará cancelación automática.
RESPONSABILIDAD DEL CLIENTE
el cliente es responsable de proporcionar correctamente su dirección de envió.
si el pedido no llega debido a un error en la dirección, Renace444 no hará reenvíos ni rembolsos.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We do not accept returns or refunds for size, color, or changes of mind.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or obvious damage.
To request an exchange, you must send an email to renace444clothing@gmail.com within three business days of receiving the order, including photos of the damaged product.
CANCELLATIONS
Once the order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
In the event of a platform error or lack of stock, cancellation will be automatically made.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for correctly providing their shipping address.
If the order does not arrive due to an error in the address, Renace444 will not reship or refund.
